You can absolutely order a single item! Bundling saves you money (5-15% off + free shipping), but it's not required. Whether you need one light fixture or a full kitchen, the process is the same.

Most quotes are sent within 24 hours (often sooner). Complex multi-room bundles may take up to 48 hours if we need to coordinate with multiple vendors.

Easy. Just reply to the quote email and let us know what you'd like to adjust. We'll update it and send a revised quote — no charge, no hassle.

Not required, but helpful! The more detail you give us upfront (room dimensions, style preferences, inspiration photos), the more accurate your quote will be. If you're not sure about measurements, we have [measurement guides →] to help.

We'll let you know in your quote if anything has a longer lead time or is temporarily unavailable. We'll also suggest comparable alternatives so you're not stuck waiting.

We're primarily an online distributor, but if you're in the Chicago area, [contact us →] and we may be able to arrange a product viewing at our showroom (by appointment only).

We coordinate with vendors to resolve any shipping damage quickly. Contact us immediately with photos, and we'll handle the replacement or refund.

We're working on financing options and will update this page when they're available. For now, we accept credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers.

What Happens After You Order

Once you approve your quote and payment is received, here's what we do behind the scenes:

We send purchase orders to vendors


Each product category may come from a different vendor (cabinets from one, tile from another, etc.). We coordinate all of that for you.

We confirm delivery timelines

Some products ship overnight, others in 3-5 days. Some may take 2-4 weeks. We provide shipping details with your order confirmation.

We track everything

You'll get tracking info for each shipment as it ships. Your remodeling projects are a great way to shift away from the large corporations and turn toward outstanding small businesses like Emerald Fern!

We follow up
