Professional-grade choice.
We use the supplier relationships and distribution access earned through years in the industry to create a credible alternative to the largest home-improvement retailers.
About Emerald Fern Finishes
We are a founder-led home-finishes products platform built from real renovation experience, not from a catalog and a marketing plan.
Our job is to make professional-grade choices easier to understand, easier to compare, and more human to buy.
Cabinets. Tile. Flooring. Lighting. Plumbing. Hardware.
One connected place to learn, compare, and move a real project forward.

Why we exist
Homeowners were being asked to make expensive, interdependent decisions across disconnected showrooms, crowded marketplaces, and product pages that assumed they already spoke the language.
Trade professionals could get materials—but too often without the kind of responsive product support, clear positioning, and coordinated finish path that helps them serve their own clients well.
Emerald Fern Finishes connects product access with project education. We do not pretend every choice is simple. We make the next decision clearer.
What guides the work
Offering more products is not the same as helping someone finish a room. Our model is built around the three things that turn access into a better outcome.
We use the supplier relationships and distribution access earned through years in the industry to create a credible alternative to the largest home-improvement retailers.
Guides, live sessions, product comparisons, cabinet design help, and real project insight give shoppers a stronger basis for the decisions they own.
We communicate what is known, confirm project-specific details when they matter, and build support paths around real questions—not an automated script.

The people behind it
Camille and Marcus built Emerald Fern from two different professional vantage points and one shared conviction: representation matters most when it changes who has access, who has authority, and who gets to build something lasting.
Their path moved from corporate America and healthcare through years of design-build renovation, product distribution, cabinet development, and now a national shopping-and-learning experience.
Ownership with practical impact
Rose Hill Cabinets is, to our knowledge, the first Black-owned cabinet brand in the United States. For many of the product lines Emerald Fern carries, we are also, to our knowledge, the only Black-owned distributor in the country.
We do not place that fact on every page because the products must stand on their own. But ownership belongs in our story. For builders, developers, and institutions with supplier-diversity goals, purchasing through an MBE-certified distributor may support participation requirements when allowed by the applicable project or program. Our certification documents the ownership and control behind the purchase.
That makes something ordinary quietly remarkable: a homeowner choosing a vanity, or a builder opening a trade account, can help expand who owns and participates in this industry.
One platform. One house brand. Years of field proof.
Emerald Fern Finishes is the commercial products platform. Rose Hill Cabinets is its flagship house brand. Both are informed by years spent inside real renovation projects. Today, Emerald Fern is a dedicated products company built to supply homeowners and the trades.
The national destination for cabinets and coordinating home finishes, education, live support, creator partnerships, and approved trade accounts.
Explore the products →Our fully assembled cabinet program: curated door styles, plywood cabinet-box construction, current finish-review options confirmed by our team, and a path from measurements to a buildable order. Review the current RHC Spec Book for item-specific construction and features.
Meet Rose Hill →Before the national platform, our founders learned inside real design-build renovations on Chicago's North Shore. Kitchens, bathrooms, delivery days, installation problems, and products that looked better in a catalog than they performed on site became the filter behind what we carry today.
Read the field years →We are not asking anyone to compromise choice, quality, or affordability to shop more intentionally.
We are building an independently operated option that can compete on the experience itself: credible products, useful education, clear pathways, and people who understand what is at stake when a project reaches your home.
The same room can look beautiful. The way you get there can feel different.
