Who qualifies for a trade account?
Contractors, remodelers, kitchen & bath pros, designers, builders, flippers, and property managers with a valid EIN. That's the bar — no website required, no minimum volume, no storefront. If you buy cabinets for projects, you qualify.
How fast is approval, and what do I get?
We verify your EIN and business, typically within 1–2 business days. Written approval comes with your confidential pro price book and the complete spec book — the full dealer packet you'd expect from any cabinet brand.
Is this a credit account?
No — and we say that upfront because surprises kill trust. Orders are prepaid before release. What you get instead of credit games: consistent confidential pricing, fast fulfillment from five hubs, and quotes formatted to protect your margin.
How does the Sample Kit credit work?
Order the kit after approval, and its full cost is credited on your first kitchen order. In practice: your closing tool ends up free — we just ask that you're serious enough to order a kitchen with it.
Can my clients see my pricing?
Never. Trade pricing is confidential by contract on our side and by design in our quotes — client-facing documents show your numbers, not ours.
What about returns and damage claims?
Assembled cabinetry is built to order and largely final sale, with eligible stock returns by written approval — full details in the Trade Account Terms. Damage or shortage claims: report in writing with photos within 72 hours of delivery or pickup, and we make it right.
