Before you apply.
Who qualifies? Is there a fee?
Trade professionals who buy or specify cabinets and finish products can apply, including one-person businesses. There is no membership fee. We verify your business and a real person follows up.
How does pricing work?
Approved accounts receive confidential Rose Hill cabinet trade pricing, with assembly included. The current standard discount on eligible non-cabinet finish products is 15% off site retail. Any exclusions are confirmed before ordering. Cabinet price sheets and private account terms are not displayed publicly.
Can I combine my trade discount with promotions?
No. Trade discounts do not stack with promotions. Your account manager confirms the applicable pricing before you order.
Do you offer credit or payment terms?
Rose Hill cabinet orders are prepaid before release. Approval does not create a credit line or automatically make purchases tax exempt. Resale documentation is reviewed separately when applicable.
Who verifies measurements and installation details?
We support layouts, selections, and specifications using the information you provide. The purchaser or field professional verifies dimensions, openings, clearances, appliances, site conditions, and final selections before ordering.
Do you bid the installation labor?
No. We are your product supplier and support your bid with product information, cabinetry, and coordinated finishes.
Can you support a large or multi-unit project?
Yes. Tell us about the scope and schedule. Volume projects receive founder-level attention, with pricing, availability, and delivery planned around the specific job.
Can I bring a client to the showroom?
Yes. Schedule a visit at our Chicago-area showroom in Grayslake to compare Rose Hill door samples and coordinating finishes. Cabinet pickup is handled separately at our Lake Villa warehouse. See our locations →
