How fast will I get a response?

Is this really MJ answering, or a team?
MJ personally reviews every question that comes in. For product-specific technical questions, he may pull in a vendor rep or one of our lead installers — and he'll tell you when he does.
Do you charge for consultations?
No. Email questions and 20-minute discovery calls are free. Full design consultations for kitchen and bath projects run through our free design flow.
What if I already bought the product and need help?
