Are both sessions really free?

Yes. Our monthly homeowner and trade sessions are free to attend. You can learn about the products and process before deciding what comes next.

When is the next session?

The homeowner and trade conversations run separately each month. Use the form above to receive the next date, time, and joining information for your track.

How long is the homeowner session?

The measuring walkthrough takes about 15–30 minutes, followed by roughly five minutes looking at cabinet styles and time for live questions. Allow extra time for Q&A.

Can I follow along in my own kitchen?

Absolutely. Have your tape measure, paper, and pencil ready. Follow along where it helps, pause to write things down, and ask about anything that isn’t clear. You can also watch first and measure afterward.

Will attending guarantee my cabinets fit?

The session helps you understand what to measure and check. Final dimensions, appliance requirements, and site conditions still need to be verified before an order is released. If something is unusual or uncertain, bring it to the design team before ordering. Review the applicable cabinet return terms as part of that decision.

Do I need a trade account to join the pro session?

No. It’s a useful place to meet the team, ask about the products, and understand the service before applying. Trade pricing and account benefits follow the approval process.

What if I can’t attend live?

Ask us about the next session. If a recording or follow-up resource is available, we’ll include that information in the session email. You can use the measuring guides or ask our team in the meantime.
