Five-year limited warranty

Rose Hill Cabinets carries a five-year limited warranty from the invoice date for the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and covers defects in workmanship under normal residential use.

What is covered

Cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, drawer bodies, shelves, and panels. Coverage provides replacement of the defective part or product.

What is not covered

• Labor, including installation, removal, or reinstallation, and shipping costs associated with a warranty replacement.
• Improper installation or storage outside a climate-controlled space.
• Water or humidity exposure, abrasive or chlorine cleaners, and normal wear.
• Natural wood characteristics, including color and grain variation, door warp up to ¼ inch, molding or panel warp up to 2 inches, joint lines on painted cabinets, and center-panel movement up to ⅛ inch.

Doors must be hung for 90 days before a warp claim. Replacement parts may vary slightly from the originals.

Delivery damage is separate: the exclusion of warranty shipping costs does not change our promise to replace or credit delivery damage or shortages at our cost when reported in writing with photos within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
