MSI Athena Gold Marble Mosaics & Tile

Athena Gold is a genuine natural marble collection in soft warm whites blended with muted golden and creamy tones — a warm, timeless alternative to cool grays. It spans nine mesh-mounted mosaic patterns plus a 4x12 field tile, offered in honed or polished finishes depending on the shape. The line is designed for backsplashes, accent walls, shower surrounds, fireplace facades, residential floors, and — for the honed shapes — countertops.

Features

• Genuine natural marble: a warm white base with soft gold and cream veining — every piece is unique and no two sheets are exactly alike.
• Nine shapes plus field tile: 2" Hexagon, 2x4 Beveled, Chevron, Estrella, Geometrica, Lola, Pennyround, Regency, and a 4x12 field tile.
• Two finishes: honed for the 2" Hex, 2x4 Beveled, Chevron, Geometrica, Pennyround and 4x12; polished for the Estrella, Lola and Regency decorative patterns.
• Mesh-mounted sheets: mosaics arrive on mesh backing for faster, straighter installation.
• Versatile & rated: approved for residential floors, residential and commercial walls; honed shapes are also rated for countertops.
• Natural stone that ages beautifully: seal it, clean with pH-neutral stone cleaners, and it keeps its glow for decades.

Coverage & Ordering

Coverage is per box, and each shape covers a different area — check the box figure for the shape you select. We recommend ordering about 10% extra for cuts and waste.

Tip: order your full project — including overage — in one purchase. Tile is produced in batches, and re-orders may ship from a different lot with slight shade variation.

You may also need

Because Athena Gold is natural marble, a few sundries make for a lasting install:

• Penetrating stone sealer — required for natural marble; seal before grouting and periodically after to guard against staining.
• White thinset mortar — use a white polymer-modified thinset so it won't show through the light stone.
• Non-sanded grout — recommended for the tight joints on these mosaics; choose a shade that complements the warm white.
• Tile edging / metal trim — a metal profile (e.g. Schluter) gives outside edges a clean finish.
• Tile spacers — keep sheet-to-sheet spacing consistent across the wall or floor.

Pair it with our in-house Rose Hill Cabinets to complete the room.
