MSI Sovana Patterned Porcelain 18x18

Sovana is an 18x18 in. glazed porcelain line from MSI that renders a classic parquet motif — a geometric, interwoven wood-look pattern framed by a subtle rectangular border — in two warm colorways: light-beige Maple and rich brown Mocha. Its lightly textured matte surface pairs authentic wood-grain character with the durability and low maintenance of porcelain, making it at home on interior floors, walls, and countertops.

Coverage & Ordering

We recommend ordering about 10% extra for cuts and waste.

Tip: order your full project — including overage — in one purchase. Tile is produced in batches, and re-orders may ship from a different lot with slight shade variation.

Complete your installation with the right setting materials:

• Thinset mortar — a quality porcelain / large-format mortar for a solid bond.
• Grout — sanded or unsanded to match your joint width and color scheme.
• Tile edging / metal trim — e.g., Schluter profiles to finish exposed edges cleanly.
• Tile spacers — for consistent joints and clean pattern alignment.

Pair it with our in-house Rose Hill Cabinets to complete the room.
